Ingredients
- 1/3 cup shelled Pea
- 1/4 cup Rice Flakes
- Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped Onion
- 1 tsp chopped Green Chilli
- 1/4 cup Tomato
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Few Coriander Leaves
- 4-5 Strawberry
- 1/2 cup Banana
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp Honey
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 cup Ice
Preparations
1. Heat oil in pan crack mustard seeds. Then add chopped onion,chilli & tomato.
2. Wash rice flakes. Then add pea & rice flaks & mix it well. Cook for few minutes.
For the Smoothie:
1. Add the strawberry, banana, vanilla yogurt, milk and honey to the food processor and mix for 20 to 30 seconds, until it will become smooth and creamy.
Serving Size
1 cup Green Pea Poha (1/3 cup Pea & 1/4 cup Rice Flakes) + 1 cup Fruit Smoothie
