Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced Onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cups sliced fresh Mushrooms (Khumbh)
  • 1/2 tsp chopped Green Chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 slices toasted Whole Wheat Bread

Preparations

  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame till the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add the tomatoes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms, chilli flakes, oregano and salt and cook on a medium flame for another 2 minutes.
  4. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and keep aside.
  5. Cut each toasted bread slice diagonally into two and spread a portion of the prepared mixture on each piece. Serve immediately.
