Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun ka Atta)
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain
- 8 to 10 Black Peppercorns (Kalimirch)
- Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/4 cup Low Fat Milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
- Home made Paneer with 0.5 litre Double Toned Milk
- 1/4 cup shelled Green Peas, 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
- 1/4 finely chopped Onions
- 1 small finely chopped Tomato
- 1 finely chopped medium Green Chili
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
Preparations
- For Roti Mix all the ingredients in wheat flour & make a dough of it by adding milk.Take a small dough of around 25 g & roll to make roti from it.
Scramble paneer-
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame till the onions turn translucent.
- Add the tomatoes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the shelled pea, chilli and salt and cook on a medium flame.Add water if require to make the pea tender.
- Add grated paneer in it & toss it.
Serving Size
1 Whole Wheat Spicy Roti+ 1 cup Scramble Paneer (home made from 0.5 ml double toned milk)
