Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun ka Atta)
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 8 to 10 Black Peppercorns (Kalimirch)
  • Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/4 cup Low Fat Milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Home made Paneer with 0.5 litre Double Toned Milk
  • 1/4 cup shelled Green Peas, 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
  • 1/4 finely chopped Onions
  • 1 small finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 finely chopped medium Green Chili
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste

Preparations

  1. For Roti Mix all the ingredients in wheat flour & make a dough of it by adding milk.Take a small dough of around 25 g & roll to make roti from it.

Scramble paneer-

    1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame till the onions turn translucent.
    2. Add the tomatoes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
    3. Add the shelled pea, chilli and salt and cook on a medium flame.Add water if require to make the pea tender.
    4. Add grated paneer in it & toss it.

Serving Size

1 Whole Wheat Spicy Roti+ 1 cup Scramble Paneer (home made from 0.5 ml double toned milk)
