Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp pre-soaked Soy Granules
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup grated Carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Green Chill
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Brown Bread
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 10 Almonds

Preparations

For Sandwich-

  1. Strain the presoaked soy granules & keep in tissue paper to absorb the water.
  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon oil in a nonstick pan & saute soy granules.
  3. After that mix chopped onion turmeric,1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,chilli & salt.
  4. Squeeze 1 lemon slice & sprinkle coriander leaves on it.
  5. Take a bread slice.Put one layer of soy granules than another layer of cabbage & grated cabbage.Cover it with another slice.

For Almond Milk-

  1. Soak 20 almonds overnight and peel.
  2. Add 1.5 cup water and put in mixie then strain with any silken /paneer making cloth.
  3. Use the remains for cooking in curry etc.

Serving Size

1 Carrot & Cabbage Soya Sandwich + 1 cup Almond Milk
