- 2 slice Multi-Grain Bread
- 2 Lettuce Leaves
- 1/2 Tomato, sliced
- 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
- small size Onion
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Papaya
Preparations
- On a Bread slice put lettuce leave and remaining vegetables with tofu.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Cover the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices and place in a preheated toaster or grill.
