Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Tofu
  • 2 slice Multi-Grain Bread
  • 2 Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/2 Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
  • small size Onion
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Papaya

Preparations

  1. On a Bread slice put lettuce leave and remaining vegetables with tofu.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  3. Cover the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices and place in a preheated toaster or grill.
