Introduction to the LNF Rewards & Loyalty Program

The LNF Rewards & Loyalty Program is designed to keep users motivated on their wellness journey by offering a unique, points-based system that rewards consistent engagement, healthy habits, and in-app purchases. With every action you take—whether it’s completing steps in the Power-of-Seven daily plan, making purchases, or achieving special milestones—you earn points that can be redeemed for exclusive benefits.

The program not only incentivises users to stay committed to their health goals but also offers enhanced loyalty tiers, unlocking greater discounts and privileges as users advance through Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum Elite levels. It’s not just about tracking progress; it’s about celebrating every step toward better health.

Daily Reward Points Accumulation:

  1.  Basic Daily Engagement:

    • Users earn up to 300 points daily by completing their steps on the “Power-of-Seven” plan.
    • Assume a user records all required actions, earning the full 300 points each day.
    • In one week (7 days), the user can accumulate:
      300 points/day x 7 days = 2,100 points.
  2.  In-App Purchases:

    • Users earn 1 reward point for every 1 rupee spent in the LNF Shop.
    • For example, if a user makes a purchase worth INR 500, they earn:
      500 points.
  3.  BONANZA Milestones:

    • Bonus points are awarded for completing special milestones, which vary.
    • Assume a user completes a BONANZA milestone and earns an additional 1,000 points.
  4.  Total Reward Points in One Week (Hypothetical):

    • Daily engagement: 2,100 points
    • In-App purchase: 500 points
    • BONANZA milestone: 1,000 points
    • Total for the week = 3,600 reward points.

Loyalty Points Accumulation:

  1.  Loyalty Points System:

    • Loyalty points increase as users engage continuously with the app and make purchases.
    • The more points a user accumulates, the higher their loyalty status, moving from Silver → Gold → Diamond → Platinum Elite.
  2.  Reduction of Loyalty Points:

    • If a user does not engage with the app for an entire week, 100 loyalty points are deducted.
    • However, users who consistently engage do not lose loyalty points.

Key Aspects of Points Usage:

  • Reward Points:
    • These can be redeemed for purchases in the LNF Shop. For instance, if a user redeems 1,000 reward points for a purchase, they consume these points.
    • However, for each new purchase made using real money, equivalent points are earned back.
  • Loyalty Points:
    • They represent ongoing user engagement and increase as users participate consistently.
    • These points offer special discounts and privileges based on loyalty tiers.
  • 1 reward point is equal to one rupee spent in the LNF Shop.
