Ingredients
- 1 tbsp pre-soaked Soy Granules
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Cabbage
- 1/4 cup grated Carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Green Chill
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Brown Bread
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 10 Almonds
Preparations
For Sandwich-
- Strain the presoaked soy granules & keep in tissue paper to absorb the water.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon oil in a nonstick pan & saute soy granules.
- After that mix chopped onion turmeric,1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,chilli & salt.
- Squeeze 1 lemon slice & sprinkle coriander leaves on it.
- Take a bread slice.Put one layer of soy granules than another layer of cabbage & grated cabbage.Cover it with another slice.
For Almond Milk-
- Soak 20 almonds overnight and peel.
- Add 1.5 cup water and put in mixie then strain with any silken /paneer making cloth.
- Use the remains for cooking in curry etc.
