Ingredients

  • 2 Egg White
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onion
  • 2 slices Brown Bread
  • Chilli, Salt & Pepper according to taste

Preparations

  1. Crack the egg white into a microwave-safe cereal bowl and whisk in the milk.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. While the egg is cooking, toast the bread.
  5. Use a spoon to remove the cooked egg from the bowl and set it on one piece of toast.

Serving Size

1 Egg Sandwich + 1 cup Soy Milk
