Ingredients

  • 2 large Egg White
  • 0.3 cup Oats Flour (50 gm)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 stalks Green Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted Sesame Seeds (optional)

Preparations

  1. Mix egg whites , oats flour, and water in a bowl. Add green onions, salt, and sesame seeds into batter and mix.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled large skillet over high heat. Coat surface of pan with a thin layer of batter and cook 1-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown on other side.
