Ingredients
- 2 large Egg White
- 0.3 cup Oats Flour (50 gm)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 stalks Green Onion, diced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp roasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
Preparations
- Mix egg whites , oats flour, and water in a bowl. Add green onions, salt, and sesame seeds into batter and mix.
- Heat a lightly oiled large skillet over high heat. Coat surface of pan with a thin layer of batter and cook 1-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown on other side.
