Ingredients
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2 cup chopped Button Mushroom
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter
- Pinch of Mustard Powder
Preparations
- Beat the egg in a bowl & keep it aside.
- Take a pan & melt 1 tsp peanut butter. Add onion in it. When it become pinkish add mushroom along with pepper powder,mustard powder & salt.
- Pour the beaten egg over it.
Serving Size
1 Egg white & mushroom omlette+ 2 slices brown bread +1 cup Almond milk
