Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/2 cup chopped Button Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter
  • Pinch of Mustard Powder

Preparations

  1. Beat the egg in a bowl & keep it aside.
  2. Take a pan & melt 1 tsp peanut butter. Add onion in it. When it become pinkish add mushroom along with pepper powder,mustard powder & salt.
  3. Pour the beaten egg over it.

Serving Size

1 Egg white & mushroom omlette+ 2 slices brown bread +1 cup Almond milk
