Ingredients
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/4 cup sliced Onions
- 1/2 cup sliced Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups sliced fresh Mushrooms (Khumbh)
- 1/2 tsp chopped Green Chilli
- Salt to taste
- 2 slices toasted Whole Wheat Bread
Preparations
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame till the onions turn translucent.
- Add the tomatoes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms, chilli flakes, oregano and salt and cook on a medium flame for another 2 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and keep aside.
- Cut each toasted bread slice diagonally into two and spread a portion of the prepared mixture on each piece. Serve immediately.
