Ingredients
- 1/2 cup boiled Rajmah
- 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/4 cup chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup Tomato
- 1/2 tsp Gram Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt according to taste
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour, partially debranned
Preparations
- Pressure cook rajmah till it becomes tender.
- In a pan add 1/4 teaspoon oil & add chopped onion,tomato,chilli.
- When onion becomes pinkish, add boiled rajmah & garam masala powder.
- Squeeze lemon in this mixture Sprinkle coriander leaves.
- Make the dough of oat bran & oat atta.
- Make a ball from 25g atta & roll it to make a roti. On roti keep the layer of rajmah mixture a make a roll.
