Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup boiled Rajmah
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Gram Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour, partially debranned

Preparations

  1. Pressure cook rajmah till it becomes tender.
  2. In a pan add 1/4 teaspoon oil & add chopped onion,tomato,chilli.
  3. When onion becomes pinkish, add boiled rajmah & garam masala powder.
  4. Squeeze lemon in this mixture Sprinkle coriander leaves.
  5. Make the dough of oat bran & oat atta.
  6. Make a ball from 25g atta & roll it to make a roti. On roti keep the layer of rajmah mixture a make a roll.

Serving Size

1 Rajmah Roll in Oat Bran Chapati + 1 cup Chhach
