Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic Bread
  • 1/2 finely chopped, Onion
  • 1/2 finely chopped, Green Pepper
  • 2 Egg White
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Preparations

  1. Make garlic bread according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper until crisp-tender.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into skillet; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set.
  4. Remove from the heat and keep warm.
  5. Arrange cheese slices on bottom half of bread; spoon eggs over cheese.
