- 1 cup Milk, sugar free
- 5- 6 Almonds
- Mix oats in water (around 1/3) and cook till it thickens.
- Keep stirring it to prevent lumps and getting burnt.
- Add milk, brown sugar, chopped dates and almonds. Mix it well.
