Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Oats
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 5- 6 Almonds
- 1 tsp Flaxseeds
- Salt to taste
- 15 gm choppped, Beans
- 15 gm Carrot
Preparations
- Mix oats and add chopped vegetables in water and cook till it thickens.
- Keep stirring it to prevent lumps and getting burnt.
- Then add salt and mix it well.
