Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oats
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 5- 6 Almonds
  • 1 tsp Flaxseeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 15 gm choppped, Beans
  • 15 gm Carrot

Preparations

  1. Mix oats and add chopped vegetables in water and cook till it thickens.
  2. Keep stirring it to prevent lumps and getting burnt.
  3. Then add salt and mix it well.
